Bilingual Executive Recruiter

We’re looking for a Bilingual Executive Recruiter to join our team.

Responsibilities: 

  • Confers with Management and Supervisors to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills.
  • Make frequent visits to job sites to establish relationships with field management. 
  • Updates and places job advertising in various job boards or social media. 
  • Prepares weekly reports informing Management of: 
  • Progress in obtaining candidates; 
  • Most successful sources for candidates; 
  • Ratio between considered candidates and successful hiring; 
  • Turnover data 
  • Incentives used to recruit candidates and success rate for each; and 
  • Other statistical information employed in the pursuit of candidates for open positions.
  • Identifies alternative ways to diminish temporary labor agency dependencies.
  • Develops and maintains a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates. Including, contacts with schools, alumni groups, and other public organizations to find and attract applicants.
  • Coordinates participation in, sets up display, and works at job fairs; and makes public presentations at schools, trade organizations, and job fairs regarding the company and its opportunities.
  • Develops recruitment programs, budgets, and collateral to attract applicants and to fill specific job openings for positions throughout the company. 
  • Partners with Digital and Marketing to develop recruitment tools such as brochures about the company and its opportunities. 
  • Reviews applications and interviews applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about the company and the open position.
  • Initiates contact, communicating in English or Spanish, as may be applicable, with possibly qualified candidates for specific job openings at the company.
  • Provides information on company facilities and job opportunities to potential applicants.
  • Screens and refers candidates for additional interviews with others in the company.
    • Performs reference and background checks on applicants. 
  • Maintains timely and accurate data to effectively manage, follow up on, and stay in direct contact with prospective employees. 
  • Maintains accurate and complete records of all employee and prospective employee activities including inbound and outbound calls, and follow-up activities
  • Performs other related administrative and technical duties that may be assigned or requested by immediate supervision (such as certification training, safety training, procedure review, etc.). 
  • All employees, current and former, must maintain confidentiality by not disclosing to others any confidential, proprietary or trade secret information belonging to the Company. 

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Recruiter;
  • Ability to manage time effectively to achieve objectives 
  • High level of proven ability to multi-task. 
  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish • Excellent computer skills required including Microsoft Office 
  • Experienced building and maintaining positive relationships, internal and external, strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service and people skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities and oral/written communication skills.

  • Associates degree (minimum)
  • Experience working with a non-profit
  • Experience working with immigration
